I was up early today as I knew I was going to miss several hours thanks to the tennis. By 9.15 I’d cleared my emails, read 2 chapters of the Secret Life of Bees, done the washing and watered the garden then I set to work on my next Lulu book – a collection of short stories with crime as the theme. I managed to get it all done including designing a cover using one of my photos. It’s now on order so when the book arrives I can check it through and order more to sell.
As it’s July, it was time to email my once a month sub to My Weekly. As always, it took ages to decide which one to send then I had to cut it down to the required 700 words. Now lunch & tennis. After that, if it cools down, I might tackle the grass!
