Both greyhounds behaved extremely well while they were here today so that was good. Their owners came to collect them an hour ago. Apparently it’s the first time they‘ve left the dogs with anyone so I feel quite honoured.
I was on the phone when they arrived (earlier than expected), speaking to a second man from the lonely hearts ad. He sounds scarily intelligent. We’ve arranged to meet next Monday, just for a coffee. He says he’s not worried what I look like which is good, but as I have no idea what he looks like either…………
